Successful relocation of a production line - POLBROK supports a well-known manufacturer.

In February this year, POLBROK carried out an ambitious international project that included the relocation of the production line of a well-known factory. Thanks to our experienced specialists and advanced logistics, we successfully transported 29 containers, including 8 oversized frame containers and 2 containers with hazardous materials, from the ports of Gdynia and Gdansk to two different destinations: Sihanoukville in Cambodia and Dar es Salaam in Tanzania.

The project, which lasted just two months, required precise planning and execution on a strict schedule. POLBROK faced a number of challenges - including transporting cargo with specific requirements, such as oversized equipment and hazardous materials, as well as handling shipments through various ports. Thanks to our experience and flexibility in operations, the POLBROK team created a consistent shipping plan that took into account the diverse needs of the client, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

For the transport of the 29 containers, some of which were destined for Cambodia and some for Tanzania, POLBROK provided a full transport service. This includes both loading and unloading at warehouses, customs clearance and sea transport. Faced with tight deadlines (leaving the factory before 31 January and completing the shipment in February), POLBROK demonstrated its ability to manage time and coordinate multiple logistics operations to meet the rigid deadline.

The POLBROK team carried out a comprehensive effort, developing separate plans for the transport of general cargo, oversized cargo and dangerous goods. This required precise packaging, coordination of multiple ports, and adherence to strict safety standards for hazardous materials. With its global reach and integration of resources, this project is an excellent example of our skills in industrial relocation and handling complex international shipments.
