We act on behalf of our clients, arranging meetings with port and operating terminal representatives and providing the required documents to clear the vessel or cargo. Thanks to our long-standing relationships with key port partners, we ensure smooth settlements and organise the necessary port equipment whenever needed.

We provide full crew change support, including handling immigration formalities, arranging Schengen visas and CTM delivery. We offer medical assistance, airport pick-up and transfer, as well as support in case of lost luggage. In addition, we provide SIM cards to facilitate on-site communication.

Preparation and coordination of ship operations

Before the arrival of the ship to the port, key activities include negotiating with the port and terminals on behalf of the client and organising the required permits and decisions from the port authorities. The agent shall ensure that the interests of the customer are adequately safeguarded, providing it with favourable conditions prior to the ship's arrival. At the same time, professional planning and preparation of the vessel for operations takes place, taking into account all operational aspects. It is also important to inform the customer of the vessel's expected time of arrival and to give him or her an outlook on the service. The necessary documentation is also being prepared, including:

Permits and declarations required by port and terminal authorities.
Cargo documents such as Manifest, BL, MR, IMSBC, MSDS, NOR, SOF.
Financial and customs documents, including money transfers and FDA.

In addition, details of how to secure the cargo on board, including proper stowage and lashing of goods to ensure safe transportation, are agreed.

Smooth operation and monitoring of the ship's performance in port

During the operation, once the ship arrives in port, the agent monitors the status of the order, ensuring that operations run smoothly and informing the client daily of the progress of the cargo operation. He coordinates cargo operations with port, terminal and supercargo representatives, ensuring effective communication between all parties.

The agent also acts as a support role for the vessel, helping to resolve operational issues and providing assistance with the final settlement of costs.
At the end of the operation, once the vessel has left port, reports are prepared, including weather forecasts and handling reports, providing full documentation of the end of the operation.

Tracking after departure

After completion of the operation our agency continues to fully track information and communication relating to costs and expenses. Our specialists handle all financial transactions and settlements, ensuring transparency and control over the process.

Port costs are ready to be finalised within a maximum of 25 days.
Transparent and easy to comply with FDA, which provides clarity throughout the process.
In the case of repairs in dry dock, our agency provides the owner with details of the costs incurred, keeping him or her informed of current expenses.
